What would it take to Mod support ships to repair Fulltime & all Allies

Title pretty much says it all.
I want Support ships to repair full time & any allied factions as well.
Also increase assigned trade ships to at least 15 plus sectors.
What needs to be done ?

Thanks, that what I'm using now.
I just wanted to repair allied ships with the support /supply ship

Check find_ship_by_true_owner in interrupt.restock.xml in aiscripts. That's the logic that determines how ships look for fleet auxiliary ships to repair and resupply at. You'll probably have to either replace the action or add a new one.
