JanPanthera is great...

I'm very sorry for the missing your contacting me about this.

I've fixed the issue by changing ownership of the first reply in the thread from me to you.

You could now use that 2nd post to, for example, store all pre-v3 mods.

SirNukes asteroid fade-in is no longer required in 4.0, according to this preview:

Thanks for that, however the author has posted on the steam page the following:
Update: as of X4 4.0, proper transparency fading has been added to asteroids by Egosoft (in an apparently unmoddable way). However, this is often poorly tuned, with darkened asteroids quickly fading-in over tens of meters, which still gives a pop-in feeling against lighter backgrounds. Large asteroids continue to pop in by default due to the targeting issue. As such, this mod will continue to be maintained with dither-based fading for now, pending improvements to Egosoft's implementation.
So until this changes, it is staying in the list..

Thanks, I had downloaded the mod from his github and wasn't aware it did this differently.

im in latest patch using 2 mods which I don't see in your list.

More default skins (available in steam workshop)
More asteroids (available in steam workshop)

More asteroids improves density of asteroids so they won't get depeleted as easily. This results in more available station resources and more xenon activity since they are not being starved anymore.
More default skins give you the ability to put any existing skin as default for you ships. works great in 4.0

Here you go:

More Asteroids (steam)
More Default Paint (steam) (I think Waltz99 had the wrong name)

Here's another asteroid mod that is comptible with Split and Terran DLCs. It removes the small asteroids and debris. Not sure if it's compatible with More Asteroids, I'm not using either at the moment.

Larger Asteroids Only (steam)
